		<description>The true measurement of the cost of living has shifted to Mother Nature and her commodities.

As in all sports there are time&#039;s of rest between periods- I think we have one this past year with a milder winter, and hurricanes that did little damage to our energy source.  Unlike a sport Nature is nonstructured therefore we don&#039;t know when she stikes again, or where, or when we might get a reprieve.  

I agree with you structure your lives to meet the challenge of the future. Unload debt, own some gold (or some form of precious metals).
