The Chinese are locating their raw material and manufacturing in Africa, similar with other such types of industrial colonialism as other nations such as England of old, and more recently Japan have done all over. The Chinese then can use Africa’s young cheap labour, I imagine this to be similar to what Japan has done .....eventually the industrial world will run out of 3rd world countries, but in the mean time the Chinese have a massive bank roll for Africa. Will colonialism Chinese style end up like its Western predecessors, with armed up risings and decent, interestingly with the same armaments the Chinese supplied.

The West had difficulty controlling foreign labour market industry and so imported this labour to their regret, although the spin is on humanitarianism the West seems to loosing intellectual capacity..Article in Times Nov 23 ('5 things the US can learn from China' @ 24 literacy rate in China is 90% and in the USA is 86%.

The World needs a stimulus that allows China and Japan to colonies to the exclusion of the indigenous ownership, and Australia is the only country it can do this, admittedly with a little bleating from the sheepish population that occupy its borders....such mass migration would need to establish trade-off's and new planetary criteria on population control Vs universal life form diversity.

What a nice theory to postulate, perhaps not, but in practice to set in motion any logic and call it a human logical function, is ludicrous because like the wise old, clever, innovative humans we are we dabble in flaw of trial and error.
