		<description>The Citibank deal will act as a brake on the stock&#039;s future performance and I wonder whether this $7.5bn of new capital is even half enough to repair the damage done to the interests of shareholders by existing management. I trust we won&#039;t see anyone getting executive options for a while.</description>
