		<description>It took a change of Fed Government in Australia to put an end to phoney official inflation rates. We were getting CPI figures in 2006 and 2007 which were absurdly out-of-kilter with food and fuel price increases. I suppose, if you&#039;re a politician who doesn&#039;t have to put his/her hand in his/her pocket to pay for fuel, and you don&#039;t do the family grocery shopping, then you&#039;re insulated from what it costs to live in the real world.</description>
