		<description>Although am a climate change skeptic, I am all for clean air. If that means paying more for clean energy so be it. Pollution producing energy suppliers and their customers get a subsidy in that they pay nothing for the detrimental effects on the environment and human health. Make it mandatory for them to contain their wastes and we&#039;ll see how competitive they really are.</description>

The VAST majority are reporting what&#039;s happening.

I really value DR, but the increasing condescension toward the CC/GW proposition is both unwarranted, not relevant (to the DR) and incorrect.

This is not a Yes/No discussion anymore, it&#039;s a &quot;how bad will it be, and what can we do&quot; discussion.
