Sydneysiders Look to the Sky This Australia Day

Google (NASDAQ: GOOG) has been given permission to conduct low-level flights over Sydney Harbour this Friday. The aircraft will fly at approximately 600 m over the city taking high resolution photos in an effort to improve the Google Maps results for Sydney.

Google is encouraging Sydneysiders to wave and hold up signs... other hand gestures are strongly discouraged. Find out when the GoogleCraft will be traveling over your home.
