		<description>So the system requires a small amount of inflation so that those who are not in debt pay a bit extra for those that are in debt? Surely the ideal should be 0% inflation, or even deflation on necesities. We can then use the extra money on luxuries which then inflate allowing profit to be made on them. What I am suggesting is that we need deflation on necesities, and inflation on luxuries. I think?</description>
