Here is the quote: In 1931, not long before he died, Thomas Edison told his friends Henry Ford and Harvey Firestone: “I’d put my money on the sun and solar energy. What a source of power! THe masses and the governments and businesses won't stop spending. They follow the herd off the cliff. Just like lemmings It reminds me again of those lyrics from the song called "symphony of destrustion": Just like the pied piper Led rats through the streets, They dance like marionettes, Swaying to the symphony of destruction" By the way, I saw a cartoon once, it was a picture of a father lemming, talking to his son lemming. The father said to his son "if all your frineds jumped off a cliff, does that mean you'd do the same thing too? And the son said "Well yes Dad, I would because we're lemmings and that's what we do" And the father lemming said "good boy!"
