		<description>Great Article Bill! It&#039;s like watching a slow motion replay. I&#039;m sure I&#039;ve seen this played out before somewhere. The numbers are there and have been for a while. Did no one want to look at the cracks that are now fracturing in the tremors? A few coats of paint won&#039;t work.What will happen in a little earthquake? Maybe a bed of US cash to  soften the fall...I&#039;d rather fall on metal.</description>
