I know a number of pensioners who have had their saving decimated and amongst those investments the biggest drops were Macquarie. They bought these things based on the reputation of the company. Now that reputation is tarnished it's going to be really hard. Not too many $5million bonuses either. That business is so much about confidence and momentum. When you don't have it it's hard to get back. It's going to get a lot harder for these guys.
