		<description>I was told that the public private partnership is about guaranteeing the life of the loan until the maturity of the asset; so people dont get caught rolling over debt in a less than welcoming market. 

There is obvious value in this idea which should raise asset prices, particularly if the outlook mid to long-term is inflationary; better than sitting it in treasuries no?

Also, everyone should head over to naked capitalism for a great read on AIG unwinding full portfolios and realizing masssive losses at the expense of the treasury...www.nakedcapitalism.com</description>
