I am an Aussie and I'm really glad to see that there are at least a couple more Aussies that recognise what a politician like Ron Paul offers! For a while I actually believed that I was totally alone in those thoughts (in Oz anyway!).
I am saddened to see that Ron Paul's campaign seems to be lagging behind stupid, slogan-chanting, republican candidates (democrat candidates are probably worse!) that seem to have so little understanding or offering towards building a more free and prosperous society.
Australia whilst being a fantastic country could be soooo much more!
Keep-up the Ron Paul support and keep following the DR!
Come-on libertarians, let us continue to strive for a better society.

Great article. I am an Australian and despite being opposed to some of Ron Paul's social positions, I am desperately hoping he wins the Presidential race.

He is stepping up his campaign in New Hampshire, and it is beginning to look promising. People are flocking from all over the US to help out.

RP won. Put it in your mind every day as if it has already happened and it will manifest. Don't succumb to the negativity, defeatism and apathy. If you do you are doing the job of the corrupt and enslaving yourself. Donate, vote, write your representatives, disseminate in all ways possible to everyone and anyone you can... act as if the outcome of the election is SOLELY up to you. That is all that is needed. This is the beginning of a new civilization based on peace and prosperity. It all starts here. Focus on the positive only and it will manifest. RP is our president!

if he gets even close to looking like winning he will become a marked man and his end will be near....the kenedys all over again

those that run the US (the owners) will not allow their scam the to be stopped.....

look at what paul suggests - massive pullback of the military empire, the destruction of the cia, abolistion of income tax, close the borders....there is noooooo way it will ever happen peacefully.

Ron Paul is an utter embarrassment to the US libertarian movement. It's going to take years for us libertarians to repair the damage that this man had done to our reputation, with his association with nutty extremist groups and his isolationist Surrender-tarian (to Islamo-Fascists) views.

Many of us libertarians are supporting Rudy Giuliani. He is far more representative of our fiscally conservative, socially tolerant, Pro-Defense stance.

Don't think for a moment Ron Paul can't win!
He's a massive national movement here in the US and our nation prays for his protection daily.
He can win alright. Keeping him safe after victory...that's the problem.
