Look, there’s nothing wrong with looking for the perfect solution to something, we try to do that all the time. There is one difference though. We favour getting rid of regulations, taxation and compulsion and letting free enterprise and dare we say it, the individual make their own choices.

Obama Insists That Not Only Can We Detect Bubbles We Can Also Deflate Them
For instance, check out this headline from a piece from several days ago on Politico: “Obama Would Regulate New ‘Bubbles.’”
Yes, you read that right. “Bubbles” just occur spontaneously. They have no cause or explanation. We need government to identify and destroy them.

A lot is being said about the current generation being lumbered with billions of dollars of debt resulting from the Gov. spending spree.
Personally, I do not care at all.
The current and future generations have been bequeathed Trillions of dollars of assets and infrastructure.
The proposed Gov debt is a mere drop in the bucket.
Progressive Taxation Was Never About Fairness
In today’s Daily Reckoning we take a merciless meat axe to the idea that progressive taxation has anything to do with fairness. Quite the contrary. There could be nothing more unfair than stealing from one man and giving to another based on his “ability to pay.”
