Gold Headed Higher and the New Bubble in the US Treasury Market

It looks to us as though gold is headed to $1,000 again…maybe higher. This is not what we expected… Not yet anyway.
What we still expect is a broad, long rally in stock prices. We think the Dow might go back to 10,000 before it is over. This is the rebound we were waiting for.

Government Preparing Another Stimulus

So what gives, why is there a huge difference between the seasonally adjusted figures and the original data series? If you look just at the original data series you’ll see that retail turnover has declined 32.1% in original terms from $24.7 billion in December of 2008 to $16.6 billion in February of 2009.That would be headline news!
