We find ourselves in this wonderful position for listening to the smartest minds in finance. Should we blame consumers, bankers?
It's time to follow an optimistic source and trade out in the good old capitalist fashion. years of booming property markets has served the majority of middle class and above investors. Its the poor wage earners living hand to mouth that need solutions.
It cant be solved alone by viable housing housing.
The bust is coming and inflation is going to drive it home hard to us all.
