		<description>Vietnam&#039;s currency is not convertible like even Chinese reminbi. The very difficult outflow of capital is one of the reason they do not expect a crisis in Vietnam like Thailand 10 years ago and the authority is trying their best at making sure that.
BTW, I do not seem to understand the meaning of this article. Vietnam has attracted record amount of FDI in fisrt half of 2008. Do you mean those investors are putting money into a coming buble.</description>
