		<description>In all probability this article is trying to say something very important, however, the writen expression used prevents one from  understanding what the author is trying to say. The confusion is furtehr emplified by the fact that the charts used in the article do not provide a key, eg which coloured line represents what on these charts.
Without doubt a good editor can add sunstantive value to the knowledge of the writer.
Knowing is significantly different to articulating for the purposes of communicating the message.
One should write to a fog index of about 12 and include the assumptions upon which comments or valued statements are made.
Once written one should give it to a non expert in financial matters to read and provide feed back on the effectiveness of the article.
I am putting this forward as a constructive comment.</description>
